SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

After your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, please allow for 2-5 days for arrival to your address. 

Please note, we are not responsible for delays due to high shipping volume from USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Take into account delays in shipping times, especially during holidays. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the case of receiving a defective item, our team must be notified within 12 hours of order receipt. During which time, our team will request further photos of the product and upon approval, issue a return authorization. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return defective merchandise and upon inspection, will receive a store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

SHIPPING TIPS

  • We recommend using USPS  flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Fly Styles will not be able to fulfill your return.

RETURN TO SENDER 

Orders that are "Returned to sender" will receive a $5.99 restocking and the original shipping fees will not be returned.  

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS AND CHARGEBACKS

Fly Styles Co reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.flystylesco.com at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
  3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

Fly Styles Co has a zero tolerance policy regarding chargebacks and attempts to receive merchandise for free. Our company will utilize all available civil and criminal penalties in these situations.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
On pre-order items, please note estimated shipping dates and take this into consideration. Upon arrival of these items to our processing facility, allow up to 1-2 weeks for shipping.  
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Although we would be extremely sad for this to happen to any of our customers, Fly Styles Co IS NOT responsible for items lost or stolen items once in the care of the shipping company (UPS, USPS, Fedex.) The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. If you should experience this, please file a claim with the shipping company or file a police report if you feel your package has been stolen once it shows delivered.
